Create CPU Limit

Description

A CPU limit rule is designed to monitor the percentage of CPU usage.

Steps to Create Rule

1. Click the Create rule button in the Throttling Rules tab of the Throttling view.

   

2. To create a CPU limit rule, configure the following parameters:

   • Enter the rule's Name.
   • Enter a Description.
   • Choose the Type as CPU limit.

   Now, click Forward.

   

3. Configure the rule type-specific parameters:

   • Upper limit: When the current CPU consumption reaches this limit, the system enters an overflow state.
   • Lower limit: When the CPU consumption falls below this limit, the system is in normal mode.

   Finally, click the Add button.
